Privacy Policy — Air Transparency

Privacy Policy

Air Transparency collects as little data as technically possible. This policy explains what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Server logs. The web server records standard request logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and referer. These logs are kept for 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then automatically deleted.

Email. If you contact diego@airtransparency.com, your email address and message content are retained in the email inbox for as long as needed to respond and follow up. They are not shared with third parties.

That is it. There is no user registration, no contact form database, no analytics platform, no marketing automation.

Cookies

Air Transparency does not set any cookies. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to ask about.

If a third-party resource (such as a font CDN) sets cookies, that is outside our control. However, this site self-hosts its fonts and does not load any third-party scripts.

Third-party services

None. This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking service. It does not embed social media widgets. It does not load fonts from Google Fonts or any CDN.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of that data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data

Since we only hold server logs (30 days) and email correspondence, these rights are limited in scope. To exercise them, contact diego@airtransparency.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
